natural yeast, brewer's yeast, 99.9% lactose-free skimmed milk powder (lactose-free)*, yolk of fresh pasteurized category A eggs,
peels of candied citron 2% (cedar peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sucrose, concentrated lemon juice), thickener:
xanthan gum, natural flavors. May contain traces of nuts, pistachios and soy.
*Butter and skimmed milk powder present in quantities such as to guarantee a residual lactose content in the finished product less
than 0.01%. The product contains glucose and galactose as a result of the breakdown of lactose.
