CLASSIC COLOMBA IN JAR - GLUTEN FREE - LACTOSE FREE - Specifically formulated for people intolerant to
gluten - Naturally leavened baked product.
INGREDIENTS: Gluten-free preparation (corn starch, sugar, emulsifier: E471, vegetable fibers (psyllium),
thickener: guar gum, salt, preservative: sorbic acid), water, BUTTER (lactose-free)*,
impalpable sugar (sugar, corn starch), candied citrus peels 15% (orange peels, citron peels, glucose-fructose
syrup, sucrose), fresh whole pasteurized category A EGGS,
99.9% lactose-free skimmed MILK powder (lactose-free)*, natural yeast, brewer's yeast, pasteurized fresh
category A EGG yolk, thickener: xanthan gum, natural flavourings.
*Butter and skimmed milk powder present in quantities such as to guarantee a residual lactose content of
less than 0.01% in the finished product. The product contains glucose and galactose as a result of the
breakdown of lactose
